Donny Dot is a website to inform the public of Doncaster of the mental health and wellbeing support that is available to them, including practical advice and what services are available to them locally, nationally and online.


The Hub of Hope is the UK’s leading mental health support database. It is provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, and brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together in one place for the first time.

Blue Cross

For 30 years, we’ve been here to help you cope with the loss of a pet, either through death, enforced separation or theft. With a free and confidential helpline, webchat, email and Facebook group, you can find support when and where you need it.

Amparo

Amparo means ‘shelter’ or ‘safe haven’ in Spanish and provides support for anyone affected by suicide. Support can be provided one-to-one, to family groups, groups of colleagues or peers – whatever is preferred by the person.

DRASACS

If you are resident in Doncaster or your GP practice is and you are a survivor of rape and sexual abuse (whether recent or historic), we are here to support you.

Pause Women

Pause Doncaster work with women who have experienced or are at risk of repeated pregnancies that result in children being removed from their care; we do not support women to get their children back and we are not a Parenting Programme.

Domestic Abuse Hub

Professionals wanting to refer a victim of domestic abuse to the Doncaster domestic abuse hub must ensure that they obtained consent for the referral.

DASH Risk Assesment

To be used alongside the Domestic Abuse Hub Referral form.


If after completing the DASH risk assessment you believe the victim to be at high risk of serious harm or death you must refer directly to the Doncaster Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) even if you do not have consent from the victim to make the referral.

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation promoting the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs. We do this by working with the people we support, their families and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high-quality services to meet individual needs and aspirations.


Community Wellbeing Therapies (Edlington)

Community Wellbeing Therapy is a Free Service, funded by Public Health Doncaster, providing a range of Counselling, CBT and Clinical Hypnotherapy across Doncaster, supporting adult mental health.


RDaSH LD Services

We offer specialised healthcare to adults aged 18 and above who have a confirmed learning disability or are transitioning from children’s services.


Our work involves collaborating with patients having learning disabilities, their caregivers, families, and the broader health and social care community.


Aspire

Aspire is a partnership organisation set up by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and registered charity The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS).
